Hawaiian Adventures part 3 – Manoa Falls Hike, Lanai Lookout, Waikiki Beach

I would really have been sad if we had not seen the jungle, and Manoa was a great trail. Though I hear it is not the hardest, I was winded at points.

I am in love with the giant ferns

and the tiiiiiiiiny ones

these were strewn around at times, they fell from a treetop so high above us that I had trouble seeing exactly where they came from.

Its hard to really show how massive these trees are without having a person next to them. I could live here.

more macro love

and another photo of chris looking thrilled

that waterfall was the end of our trail…

this was a fave

it was very hot and humid, but we made it to the waterfall!

bamboo!

this vine was strong

those trees dont look like much in the photo, but they were enormous

This place is called Lanai Lookout. I recognized it from LOST(you may have noticed by now that I am pretty into that show)

I realized that I picked alot of photos with chris in them, but it was mainly to show scale, promise:)

self portrait! we look pretty rough here, or you could say we look adventurous!

just before it started pouring rain

I still cant get over these trees

We had some amazing thai food there.

On our way into honolulu

Did I mention the weather was amazing the whole time we were there

If I ever had to be homeless, I would do it in Hawaii

Waikiki beach

I wasnt that into it, but those old people were

Just before we flew back home we saw this amazing rainbow in honolulu

I hope you have enjoyed this little tour of our adventures in Hawaii! I hope we have another soon!
