Let me just start this post by saying that when I met Emily at the Bridal Expo Chicago back in September we hit it off right away! Our second meeting even more so, and then their engagement session was an incredible time as well! I seriously cant wait for their wedding in Boston in September, it is one of the highlights of 2009!
Anyways, we really lucked out on the weather on the day of their engagement shoot about 25 and flurries! It was like -5 the next day!
We started at Union Station which I am pretty much in love with!
they were practicing their dance moves in this next shot!
Then we stopped at the Library because Emily and Alan LOVE libraries, they are even having their wedding at the Boston Public Library!
It was so fun incorporating things they love into their shoot!
We were going to go down to museum campus for some skyline shots, but it was starting to snow and visibility would have been slim so we stopped at this park and had some fun!
We thought we were done and decided to go out together for Ethiopian food(sorry no photos of that) but when we got done with dinner it was dark and the snow was coming down so we did some more fun night photos!

We were cold and wet by the end but it was SO worth it!
I had a really hard time narrowing down the photos for the blog, I added more to facebook! If you are friends with me you may have already seen them, and if you aren’t yet friends with me… Why not??:)
ahhh, sometimes i wished i lived somewhere where i could shoot in the snow! beautiful images!!
