Designing an elegant/vintage theme for the wedding. We have done a lot of work with the florist, who will be providing flowers that should look like they were just picked from a garden–very natural looking light pink roses and peonies. For the table settings she will be putting them in vintage-looking mercury glass containers in different arrangements. I have also put a lot of work into my attire and that of the wedding party. I absolutely love my wedding dress, which is champagne colored and has sequins designed to look like a willow tree with flowers at the waist band. The bridesmaids will be in floor-length light pink gowns, and the groomsmen will have light pink bow ties. My mother’s dress is also totally amazing–its a floor length gown that she had made for the event. I am also extremely excited about our wedding cake–it is going to be light pink with a gold sheen and white icing flowers and other decorations. The cake is square and is going to have six tiers, with two little gold love birds on top.
Shoes: Purchased at DSW (!!!) they are low heels in champagne, with gold flowers
Veil: Cathedral length
Bracelet: borrowed from my maid of honor, it is gold with diamonds and belonged to her grandmother
Earrings: Purchased from Anthropologie, they are gold-colored studs with little rhinestones
Magazine worthy images! Absolutely amazing! I just adore your work.
